BEIJING, Jan. 8 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing on Sunday spoke over the phone with U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, exchanging views on issues of common concern.


Li is on a seven-nation tour of Africa to Benin, Equatorial Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Chad, the Central African Republic, Eritrea and Botswana.
